Job summary

Diocese of Lismore Early Education and Care in NSW invites an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead day-to-day delivery of high-quality, child-safe Outside School Hours Care across Yamba and Maclean. You will oversee operations, compliance, program delivery and people leadership while building strong relationships with schools, families and parish partners.

Qualifications

• Hold Diploma in Children Services or ACECQA approved qualifications.
• Experience coordinating or leading an education and care service (OSHC, preschool or long day care).
• Strong communication with children, families, educators, schools, parishes and regulators.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with continuous improvement for high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Yamba and Maclean services.
