Unity College Outside School Hours Care in Caloundra West is seeking a dedicated OSHC Coordinator to lead the service and support wellbeing, learning and development.

You will oversee daily operations, develop engaging programs, mentor a team, and collaborate with the school community, backed by CEEC leadership for mentoring and development.

Formación

• Diploma qualification in Children's Services or ACECQA‑equivalent Early Childhood Education.
• Experience in OSHC or education sector leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Consent to acting as Nominated Supervisor.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Knowledge of NQF, My Time Our Place, and relevant laws.
• Experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the OSHC service.
• Develop and evaluate engaging programs for children.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and school staff.
• Lead and develop a team of Educators.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, National Law and Regulations.
• Manage rostering, documentation and quality improvements.
• Promote CEEC services within the local community.
• Support safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
