Job summary

Unity College Outside School Hours Care in Caloundra West is seeking a dedicated OSHC Coordinator to lead our service and support the wellbeing, learning and development of school-aged children. You will manage day-to-day operations and lead engaging programs while mentoring Educators and building strong partnerships with families and the school community.

You will work within Catholic Early EdCare's leadership network, with access to mentoring, professional development and ongoing support to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent).
• Leadership experience in OSHC or education sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily OSHC operations and ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and evaluate engaging programs reflecting children’s interests.
• Create an inclusive, safe environment for all children.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team of Educators.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and Regulations.
• Oversee rostering, documentation and quality improvement processes.
