Job summary

TheirCare is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead your own service, delivering trusted before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. Design engaging programs for children aged 5–12 and build strong relationships within the school community.

You will mentor your team, oversee compliance and admin tasks, and work Mon–Fri with split hours. Ongoing training and supportive leadership accompany a role focused on real community impact.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
• Experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities
