Job summary

TeamKids in Melbourne is seeking an experienced OSHC leader to become Director of Service (Coordinator). You will lead a team to deliver a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children and maintain strong ties with the school and community.

This permanent, part-time role offers flexible admin hours with the possibility to work from home, supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager, and opportunities for professional development within our supportive Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC/childcare programs.
• Diploma qualification aligned to ACECQA standards.
• Strong communication with school, families and staff.

Job Description

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Templestowe

This lovely service is looking for an experienced OSHC leader with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being friendly, caring and great at building positive relationships.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday

• Before school care: 7:00 -9:00am
• After school care: 3:30 - 6:15pm
• Admin: 3 hours
• Total: 31.75 hours

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
