TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) for an OSHC service in Hamlyn Heights. The role offers flexible admin hours from home and leads a team to provide a safe, engaging before/after school program.

You will build school and community relationships, supervise staff, and ensure compliant operations while delivering enriching activities for primary-aged children.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.

Job Description

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Hamlyn Heights

This lovely service in Hamlyn Heights are looking for the next OSHC leader to continue providing a warm and inviting environment for before and after school care. The service is a set up and pack down space.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday

• Before school care: 6:45 - 9:00am
• After school care: 2:30 - 6:15pm
• Admin: 3
• Total hours: 33
