TeamKids is recruiting a Director of Service for a brand-new OSHC service in Melbourne's South East Suburbs. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible admin hours from home, with mentoring and regional support to help you thrive.

You will lead a team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program, coordinating activities with schools and the local community while managing the service operations.

Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: South East Suburbs

Brand-new service opening in January! Join us ahead of opening with training provided before you start, thousands of dollars invested in new, high-quality resources, full-time hours and over 6 hours of dedicated admin time each week.

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
