Job summary

TeamKids, Hamlyn Heights OSHC service, is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) for a part-time role with admin hours from home. You will lead a team to provide a safe, engaging before/after school program, plan activities, supervise children, and foster strong school-community relationships while managing service operations.

You’ll work a split shift Monday to Friday with a total of 33 hours, including admin time.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification (ACECQA) or working towards it.
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and roster a team of educators to deliver safe, engaging OSHC programs.
• Plan activities that are fun, educational, and compliant with regulations.
• Supervise children and build strong relationships with the school and local community.
• Manage service operations and ensure paperwork, medical documentation and safety standards are upheld.

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Hamlyn Heights

This lovely service in Hamlyn Heights is looking for the next OSHC leader to continue providing a warm and inviting environment for before and after school care. The service is a set up and pack down space.

You’ll Work Across Split Shifts, Monday To Friday

• Before school care: 6:45 - 9:00am
• After school care: 2:30 - 6:15pm
• Admin: 3
• Total hours: 33
