Job summary

Big Childcare is seeking an experienced OSHC Centre Manager (Coordinator) to lead Wiripaang Public School’s OSHC program in Gateshead, NSW. You will guide a team of educators, ensure child safety and maintain strong relationships with families and the school community.

The role involves hands-on time with children, team leadership, budgeting, rostering and compliance with the National Quality Framework, with holidays offering different hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent.
• Valid WWCC and relevant training certificates.
• National Police Check within 6 months or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid in an Early Education setting.
• Food Safety Certificate.
• Work rights in Australia.
• Leadership experience in OSHC or ECEC with knowledge of NQF & My Time Our Place.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to deliver high quality care.
