Big Childcare in Western Australia is seeking an energetic OSHC Centre Manager to lead a team of educators and create engaging experiences for school-aged children.

You will build strong relationships with families and schools, manage rosters and compliance, and inspire your team to grow while keeping operations smooth. This full-time role offers above-award wages and a supportive leadership team plus opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in OOSH, childcare, education, or a leadership role.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
• Current Working With Children Check and relevant qualifications (or ability to obtain).

Wanted: OSHC Centre Manager (AKA The Organised Legend We're Looking For!)

• Is organised enough to manage compliance, administration, and rosters without breaking a sweat (or at least not admitting to it).
