Job summary

BB Recruitment and Consulting Services is seeking an experienced leader to manage an OSHC service, guiding a team of educators and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for school-aged children.

You will build strong relationships with families, schools, and the community while overseeing daily operations and compliance requirements. WWC checks and relevant qualifications are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A current Working With Children Check and relevant qualifications (or ability to obtain them).
