Junior Adventures Group in Baldivis is seeking an experienced OSHC/early childhood leader for a full‑time Service Manager role. You’ll lead and mentor a large team, driving high‑quality educational experiences for children.
You will partner with families, schools and the community, oversee budgets, rosters and compliance, and prepare the service for Assessment & Rating while supporting continuous improvement.

OSHClub in the Baldivis area is looking for an experienced and qualified Service Manager to join our team in a full-time leadership role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established OSHC or education leader who enjoys developing people, mentoring teams and creating high-quality experiences for children. You'll work closely alongside an existing Coordinator, providing guidance and leadership to a well-established team within a busy service.
We're looking for someone who brings confidence, experience and an inclusive approach to leadership. Experience supporting children with additional needs will be highly regarded.
You'll receive 32.5 hours per week of dedicated out-of-ratio administration time, giving you the space to focus on your team, service quality, compliance and continuous improvement, while remaining connected to the children and educators through approximately 5.5 hours of in-ratio time each week.
As the needs of the service can vary, you'll need to be available Monday to Friday across both before and after school care periods.
