Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring for OSHC roles in the Rockhampton region, offering flexible shifts that fit around study, parenting, or other commitments. Join our friendly team supporting primary school children during morning and afternoon programs.

Earn between $33 and $47 per hour plus super, with an extra $21 per day for split shifts. We provide paid training, a supportive culture, and pathways to leadership, plus benefits like discounted childcare and health perks.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• Must be available for at least 3 afternoon shifts per week
• A genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check
• Must have valid Australian work rights
