Job summary

St Clare's OSHC, operated by Catholic Early EdCare, seeks a fulltime Assistant Coordinator to lead a welcoming service for up to 114 children across BSC, ASC and VAC programs. You will oversee daily operations, guide educators, and ensure safe, engaging learning experiences that reflect children's interests and voices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid/CPR.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and the NQS/My Time Our Place.
• Experience in OSHC or early childhood education and care.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a large team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Hub Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with program planning, documentation and outcomes.
• Roster, supervise and support staff.
• Handle admin tasks including fee collection and budgeting.
• Deliver high-quality, inclusive, child-led programs.
