Job summary

Junior Adventures Group seeks an inspiring OSHC Assistant Coordinator for Helping Hands Windaroo. This part-time role (20 hours per week) sits at a primary school site, shaping a before/after school program for children aged 5-12, with support from regional managers.

You’ll co-manage educators, roster shifts, and programs spanning STEM, sport, cooking, and arts while maintaining strong relationships with families and the school community.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team of educators and guide program delivery.
• Strong communication with children, families and school partners.
• Willingness to obtain required police checks and child safety clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate a child-centered after-school program (STEM, sport, arts).
• Foster healthy relationships with children, school, community and parents.
• Lead onsite Educators, roster management, and mentor staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations including compliance and administration.
