Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring an OSHC Assistant Coordinator for Holy Cross Primary in Bondi Junction. This part-time, 19-hour-per-week role focuses on leading Educators, managing rosters, and delivering engaging, child-led activities in a school OSHC setting.

You will work with regional managers and state office teams to develop leadership skills, ensure program quality, and support families with a strong people-first approach.

Join us at Holy Cross Primary OSHCare in Bondi Junction, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers19 hours per week.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday, Wednesday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands‑on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working‑with-children check
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
