Junior Adventures Group at Holy Cross Primary OSHCare in Bondi Junction is hiring an Assistant Coordinator for a permanent part-time role (19 hours/week). You’ll support leadership, rosters, and program delivery across split shifts.

With guidance from regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while contributing to a safe, engaging school community. This role offers clear growth pathways into Coordinator or Service Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
• Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community

Join us at Holy Cross Primary OSHCare in Bondi Junction , as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 19 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday, Wednesday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
