Job summary

Our Lady of Fatima OSHClub Caringbah is seeking an Assistant Coordinator who will build confidence in leadership, operations, and team management, in a supportive environment. This permanent part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, providing a practical pathway to leadership and program development within JAG. You will mentor Educators onsite, manage rosters, coordinate service operations, and develop engaging

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

• Lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite.

• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.
