The Associate Sales Representative role combines clinical expertise with commercial acumen to build strong customer relationships and deliver value-driven solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals in Australia. You will support Arthrex's Sports Medicine portfolio and contribute to customer success and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare or medical device sales (highly regarded).
• Degree qualifications in Health Sciences or related discipline.
• Well-suited to commercially minded healthcare professionals transitioning into sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Collaborative team player with a relationship-focused approach to customer engagement.
• Strategic thinker who can challenge and influence customers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Developing effective relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting products addressing pain points.
• Identifying customer needs and generating leads; presenting product information.
• Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases and in-servicing for customers.
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans.
