The Role

As a Consultant at TMS, you’ll:

• Support Project Delivery: Support the design and implementation of consulting projects across our services offerings.
• Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to Growth: Assist with proposal writing and tender submissions, contributing to business development.
• Analyse and Report: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights.
• Learn and Grow: Develop your consulting capability through exposure to senior consultants, structured feedback, and development pathways.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A recent graduate or has 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or consulting setting.
• Tertiary qualified in Business, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
• Genuinely passionate about organisational development and people-focused consulting.
• Energetic, proactive, and a strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing creatively to problem-solving.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
