Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking an experienced and strategic people leader to coordinate its Organisational Development function. Leading a small specialist team, you will drive initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, culture, leadership effectiveness and future workforce readiness.

You will work closely with executives to align people, culture and structure with long-term objectives, supporting change, transformation and ongoing development across the organisation.

• Demonstrated experience leading organisational development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders across levels.
• Experience driving change, transformation and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytic skills with use of workforce data to inform decisions.
• Experience overseeing people systems and workforce reporting.
