The City of Whittlesea is seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to partner with stakeholders to deliver learning and development initiatives. You will create practical, engaging programs that advance leadership capability and culture across the organisation.

You will work within the People & Culture team to support leaders through change, drive workforce initiatives, and contribute to a high-performing workplace for a growing council in Victoria.
