Job summary

Australian Rail Track Corp. (ARTC) is seeking an experienced Organisational Capability lead to align programs with strategy, govern ongoing initiatives, and manage budgets and outcomes. You will engage stakeholders across design, planning and implementation to drive continuous improvement and leadership development.

You will identify development needs, coordinate learning and engagement initiatives, and evaluate program impact using data and feedback to optimise outcomes across the organisation.

• Develop high-quality program schedules, reports and communications.

• Manage external providers, procurement, budgets, performance and invoicing.

About the Opportunity

Oversee ARTC’s Organisational Capability programs, ensuringstrategic alignment, effective governance, budget and performance management,and continuous improvement through evaluation and measurable outcomes.

• Planand coordinate organisational capability programs that respond to businessneeds and strategic priorities.
• Identifydevelopment needs and coordinate leadership, talent development, learningand employee engagement initiatives.
• Evaluatethe effectiveness and impact of capability initiatives, using data andfeedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Supportchange initiatives by engaging stakeholders across design, planning,implementation and review.
• Developclear, high-quality program schedules, reports, submissions and digitalcommunications.
• Useemployee feedback and insights to recommend improvements to leadershipdevelopment initiatives and ensure alignment with ARTC’s LeadershipFramework.
• Manageexternal providers and contracts, including procurement, budgets,performance and invoicing.

• Relevant qualifications in Organisational Capability, Communications, Learning & Development, Project Management or arelated discipline are desirable.
• Strongwritten, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the abilityto build effective relationships and communicate with stakeholders at alllevels.
• Excellentplanning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competingpriorities, meet deadlines and respond effectively to changing demands.
• Strongproblem-solving and systems-thinking skills, with a proactive approach toinnovation and continuous improvement.
