JUST TEATOWELS PTY LTD T/A JT LAUNDRY is seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to review how the business operates and help improve structures, systems and work processes at Sunshine North, VIC. This full-time role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include analysing workflows across laundry operations, administration and customer service; documenting processes; proposing improved methods and monitoring

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Study organisation structure, workflows, systems and procedures across laundry operations, admin and customer service.
• Analyse current processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyse productivity, staffing, workloads, turnaround times and operating costs.
• Develop and implement improved work methods, procedures, systems and organisational structures.
• Prepare reports, process maps, manuals and recommendations for management.
• Assist management to implement changes, including updating documentation and staff training.
• Monitor effectiveness of changes and suggest further adjustments.
• Consult with management and staff to gather requirements and feedback.
• Evaluate and implement business software, record-keeping systems and reporting tools.
