Job summary

Metso is hiring an Order & Execution Coordinator to join the Pumps team. You will coordinate customer orders from handover through production and delivery, working across operations, supply chain, engineering and logistics.

The role is based in Kalgoorlie or Perth, with a 10% allowance if based in Kalgoorlie. This fast-paced role suits someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving and creating structure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, manufacturing, production planning, project coordination or a similar environment.
• Experience using SAP, or another ERP system, with the ability to learn new systems
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• An ability to work with autonomy while knowing when to involve others
• Experience with planning tools such as MS Project or similar would be beneficial
