Job summary

Independent Cement & Lime, part of the Adbri Group, is seeking a Customer Service Sales Administrator to support three NSW sites: Glendenning, Kembla Grange and Thornton. You will own the full order lifecycle from enquiry to post-delivery reconciliation, acting as the vital link between customers, transport providers and warehouse teams.

The role focuses on accurate order processing, proactive communication, and efficient coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage orders from enquiry to post-delivery reconciliation with accuracy.
• Proven data entry accuracy and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process NSW bagged product orders and enter them into SAP.
• Respond to customer queries by phone and email and update on deliveries.
• Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams to dispatch orders.
• Check proofs of delivery, reconcile paperwork and handle discrepancies.
