Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Category Manager to lead the Oral Care category. You will own the business from Day One, build retailer partnerships, and drive growth through analytics of KPIs, shopper trends, and consumer insights.

In this role you will lead category management across the Oral Care portfolio, recommending consumer-led ideas and creating thought leadership to propel market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 3-7 years’ experience in category management, sales analytics or a similar commercial role within FMCG is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of business from Day One.
• Ownership and deep understanding of business analytics of KPIs, shopper and category trends to identify business opportunities.
• Lead category management across P&G’s Oral Care portfolio; leveraging insights to recommend consumer-led, tangible growth ideas.
• Create and deliver thought leadership: inspire with insights and partnerships to lead in the Oral Care category
