Kinetic is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst to support the deployment of Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on Subledger Accounting, approval workflows and system security, with responsibility for testing, documentation and user readiness ahead of go-live.

You’ll work with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders through go-live, hypercare and the first year-end close, helping establish processes and ongoing system

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting.
• Functional configuration across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement including GL, Payables, Receivables.
• Experience configuring approval workflows including BPM Worklist, delegation and escalation.
• Knowledge of ESS, OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation through go live and hypercare.
• Strong accounting knowledge across multi-ledger and multi-currency environments.
• CA/CPA or equivalent with Oracle Guided Learning or SQL, GST knowledge for AU/NZ (desirable).

• Provide functional support through go live and hypercare, including problem solving accounting configuration, Oracle quarterly updates and year-end close.
• Establish regression testing processes and support the rollout of Oracle AI Agents across Payables, Expenses and General Ledger.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst to support the implementation of Kinetic’s Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP platform across Australia and New Zealand. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Finance across the organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, you’ll work closely with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders to validate system configuration, resolve defects and ensure the solutions align with business requirements.

This opportunity focuses on Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, including Subledger Accounting, approval workflows and system security. You’ll contribute to testing, documentation and user readiness activities ahead of go-live. Following the implementation, you’ll provide functional support through hypercare and help establish the processes and documentation needed for ongoing system support.

What You Will Do

• Review Subledger Accounting configuration, approval workflows, security roles and system scheduling to validate the solution against approved designs and business needs.
• Work with our implementation partner to configure solutions, resolve defects and maintain configuration documentation.
• Support UAT, including test scripts, validation of results and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, system documentation and Oracle Guided Learning content.
• Support the delivery of user training and readiness.
• Provide functional support through go live and hypercare, including problem solving accounting configuration, Oracle quarterly updates and first year-end close.
• Establish ongoing regression testing processes and support the rollout of Oracle AI Agents across Payables, Expenses and General Ledger.

What You Will Need

• Demonstrable hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting.
• Functional configuration experience across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables and other core modules.
• Experience configuring approval workflows, including BPM Worklist, delegation and escalation.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS), OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience supporting an end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation through go live and hypercare, preferably client side.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including configured accounting rules and operations across multi-ledger, multi-currency environments.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, experience with Oracle Guided Learning or SQL, and knowledge of Australian and New Zealand GST requirements are highly regarded though not essential.
