HCM Australia Pty is seeking an Oracle EPM Project Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM transformations for a long-standing client. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role offers a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and travel as needed.

You will lead workshops, translate finance processes into system requirements, and deliver clear configuration documents while growing Oracle Cloud expertise and guiding clients on best practices.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Oracle EPM as a lead (essential).
• Strong experience around Planning/EPBCS - Essential, PCM (ideal) and ARCS.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
• Consulting mindset—strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
• Prepare clear, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Continuously grow Oracle Cloud expertise through training, self-learning, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
• Travel is part of this role and must be open to it.
• Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

We are looking for anOracle EPM Project Leadfor a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne
Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it’s essential that you have lead experience;
Some of the experience required:

• Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Oracle EPM as a lead (this is ESSENTIAL)
• Strong experience is required around (Planning/EPBCS - Essential, also PCM (ideal) and ARCS
• A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
• A consulting mindset—strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

As part of the Oracle Cloud EPM team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to- end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore). You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support—helping clients adopt best-practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.
In this role, you will:
