Job summary

Kinetic is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing operation of the Oracle Cloud EPM platform across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a hands-on role, building internal capability and supporting go-live and BAU operations on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will work with the Head of Finance Transformation, a partner, and finance stakeholders to support EPM data flows, consolidation, planning and reporting, contributing to testing,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with two or more Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Experience creating and enhancing EPM management/narrative reports.
• Understanding of consolidation, eliminations and currency translation.
• Ability to develop EPM runbooks and operational documentation.
• Administration experience in Oracle EPM in production environments.

Oracle Fusion EPM Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Analyst to support the implementation of Kinetic’s Oracle Cloud EPM platform across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll have a hands‑on role in this transformation, building internal expertise and supporting the long‑term capability of the system. This opportunity is on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, you’ll work with our implementation partner and Finance stakeholders to support EPM data flows, consolidation, planning and reporting. You’ll contribute to testing, validate financial data and develop the processes and documentation needed to support the platform through go‑live and into BAU operations.

What You Will Do

• Support UAT user acceptance testing across Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
• Validate opening balances and historical data, and manage EPM data loads and issue resolution.
• Develop month‑end runbooks, standard operating procedures and system documentation to support consistent processes.
• Manage monthly EPM updates, including testing and regression checks before production deployment.
• Support the first year‑end consolidation and close, as well as the first budget and forecast cycle post go live.
• Develop and maintain management reports in partnership with FP&A and support the implementation of Task Manager.
• Build internal capability and maintain backup and restore processes.

What You Will Need

• Demonstrable experience across two or more Oracle EPM Cloud implementations involving FCCS and/or EPBCS, including hands‑on Data Integration experience.
• Experience creating, maintaining and enhancing management and/or narrative reports within EPM.
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes, including eliminations, currency translation and ownership.
• Experience developing EPM runbooks, procedures or operational documentation for finance teams.
• Administration experience in Oracle EPM in a live production environment, including managing monthly updates.
• Prior experience working across Australian and New Zealand multi‑entity environments, maintaining Groovy scripts or business rules, developing Smart View reports, or working with ARCS, PCMCS or Predictive Cash Forecasting is highly regarded though not essential.
