Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Optimizely in production environments.
• Strong .NET (C#) development and ASP.NET Core MVC experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to own technical delivery and communicate with clients.
• Proactive in AI-assisted code reviews and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on Optimizely projects, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and producers on budgets and schedules.
• Implement security best practices and performance optimisations.
• Review code with AI-assisted tooling and document findings.
• Mentor team and contribute to architecture decisions.

This role is for someone who is an expert developer in Optimizely in Australia.If you have .NET dev skills, but have not yet learnt Optimizely, we respect you and your skills. However we need someone who has knowledge in Optimizely now.For context, we are experts in Optimizely (Platinum Partner) and have been named Optimizely Partner of the Year several years in a row.

Luminary has dedicated offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Strong preference will be given to applicants who have the ability to easily commute to one of our offices to leverage collaboration and client engagement opportunities.

Required Skills/Experience

• C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, .NET 10
• Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD systems
• Self QA - Test features yourself against designs and/or requirements. Ensure features meet quality standards before passing onto others for review
• Estimation skills - Estimation of work items for either new projects or for new developments on existing projects.
• Technical Project Ownership - Taking ownership of a project from a technical point of view. When dealing with a client whilst a producer takes on responsibility for the budget and schedule, the technical project owner will be responsible for the technical delivery.
• AI skills - Work with AI to support code reviews and documentation
• Security - Following Application Security Best Practices Implementing best practices for securing the solution/application and protecting user data. Keeping up with the latest security threats and applying necessary updates to mitigate risks.
• Performance Optimisation - Ensuring that the solution/application performs well across various devices and platforms by optimizing code and resources. Monitoring and improving the app’s load times, responsiveness, and overall performance.
