Job summary

Niteco Vietnam Company Limited is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead complex digital experience platform deployments for ANZ projects. You will design scalable, secure architectures and partner with sales, strategy, and delivery teams to turn client needs into production systems.

You will lead technical discovery, define solution approaches, and guide remote delivery teams, balancing technical excellence with commercial realities in a hybrid Sydney-based role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect or similar
• Strong DXP experience essential for enterprise deployments
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of CMS, eCommerce, search, analytics and CX tech
• Experience designing integrations across APIs, CRM, ERP and marketing tech
• Cloud architecture knowledge, especially Azure and/or AWS
• Understanding of modern web architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and client-facing roles
• Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial realities
• Hands-on mindset with practical architecture delivery and guidance

What you will do?

This is not a PowerPoint architect role.

We’re looking for someone who can get under the hood of a client’s business and technology environment, design the right solution, and then help make it happen.

You will work closely with our sales, strategy, project and engineering teams to take new-logo deployments from initial discovery through solution design and into delivery.

You’ll be the technical bridge between what the client needs, what we propose, and what our delivery teams actually build.

What You'll Do

• Front the technical client engagement during delivery.
• Lead technical discovery and solution definition for new client deployment.
• Translate business, customer and technical requirements into practical DXP solutions.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable digital experience architectures.
• Develop solution architectures, technical approaches, estimates and delivery plans.
• Work closely with clients to understand their existing platforms, integrations, data and technology landscape.
• Lead technical workshops and confidently communicate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical input into commercial estimates and help ensure solutions are commercially and operationally viable.
• Lead our remote delivery teams during implementation to ensure the architecture translates successfully into production.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions when requirements, budgets, timelines and technology constraints collide.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimisation, modernisation, migration and AI adoption.
• Stay close to the latest developments across DXP platforms, AI and composable digital experience technologies.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally bring

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Architect or similar role.
• Strong Digital Experience Platform (DXP) experience — this is critical.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of CMS, eCommerce, search, personalisation, analytics and customer experience technologies.
• Experience designing integrations across APIs, CRM, ERP, marketing technology and other enterprise systems.
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge, particularly Azure and/or AWS.
• A solid understanding of modern web architectures, APIs, microservices and integration patterns.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• The ability to balance technical excellence with commercial reality and delivery constraints.
• A hands‑on, pragmatic mindset — you’re comfortable getting into the detail when required.
• Optimizely experience is not mandatory but highly valued — ideally, you are a strong Optimizely practitioner who has worked hands‑on with the Optimizely ecosystem and Optimizely certifications, accreditations or MVP/OMVP experience would be highly regarded.
• Experience with SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
