1001 Optometry in Bondi Junction is seeking an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant for a full-time role on the shop floor. You will greet customers, assist with styling, and support dispensing and aftercare in a luxury boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury eyewear or optical retail preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn optical dispensing and house brands.
• Available for full-time retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, high‑end customer experience on the shop floor.
• Assist with frame styling, sales and the full patient journey.
• Support optometrists and the team with dispensing, collections and aftercare.
• Keep the boutique presentation to 1001 standard.
• Help with daily store operations, including stock, merchandising and admin.
• Build relationships with returning patients and Westfield shoppers.
