About the Role

Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and assisting patients throughout their optical journey.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with frame selection and eyewear styling

• Dispensing and fitting spectacles

• Taking measurements and ensuring accurate frame fitting

• Adjustments, repairs and general eyewear maintenance

• Assisting with frame and lens selection

• Providing friendly, professional patient care

• Processing orders and liaising with laboratories and suppliers

• Maintaining the presentation of the practice

• General optical reception and administration duties

About You
