Qualifications

• Previous optical dispensing or optical assistant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background and willingness to learn.
• Friendly, approachable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with frame selection and eyewear styling.
• Dispensing and fitting spectacles.
• Taking measurements and ensuring accurate frame fitting.
• Adjustments, repairs and general eyewear maintenance.
• Processing orders and liaising with laboratories and suppliers.
• General optical reception and administration duties.
