Hawkesbury City Council is seeking a capable supervisor to assist with the Transport Operations team, overseeing construction and maintenance projects in line with the council's programs. Reporting to the Coordinator Transport Operations, you will lead a small crew, ensure safety and quality, and drive timely delivery.

The role requires certificate level qualifications or equivalent experience, extensive field experience, and proven supervisory ability.

Qualifications

• Certificate level qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in construction and maintenance.
• Experience leading and supervising operational staff.
• Ability to interpret plans and execute work instructions.
• Demonstrated experience in work management systems, planning processes and work prioritisation.
• Professional verbal and written communicationskills.
• Physically capable/ fit to undertake the manual handling required in the role.
• Valid Class MR Licence.
• The right to live and work in Australia.
