Job summary

Hawkesbury City Council is seeking a capable supervisor to assist with the Transport Operations team, overseeing construction and maintenance projects in line with the council's programs. Reporting to the Coordinator Transport Operations, you will lead a small crew, ensure safety and quality, and drive timely delivery.

The role requires certificate level qualifications or equivalent experience, extensive field experience, and proven supervisory ability.

The Role

You will haveteam supervisory skills and experience and the ability to lead a team toensure construction and maintenance activitiesare undertaken and completed in accordance with Council's operationsprogram. You will thrive ina team environment and be able motivate team members to perform efficiently whilstin a safe manner, ensuring WHS guidelines are followed.
