Job summary

CMC in NSW seeks experienced Bulk Earthworks Operators for a high-profile regional project including Tailings Dam upgrade and Levee Bund Wall construction. Role requires current HR driver’s licence, White Card, and plant tickets.

Experience with Graders (CAT 14H/16H), GPS, and final trim is desirable. You will join a safety‑driven team on a 2 & 1 roster with travel/meal allowances and long-term opportunities.

• Previous plant operating experience on a civil project or mine site (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk earthworks plant and equipment to project specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of site safety.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time delivery of earthworks tasks.
• Report operation issues and coordinate with supervisors.

About the project

This is a high-profile regional project. The scope includes Bulk Earthworks on a Tailings Dam upgrade and Levee Bund Wall Construction, so we are looking for confident and experienced operators with the following plant experience:

• Graders:CAT 14H/M, 16H/M
• Moxy's: CAT

About you

All candidates will be required to pass a National Police Clearance (within 3 months), pre employment medical, and a drug and alcohol screen.
