Job summary

Civil Mining & Construction is seeking Multi-Skilled and Truck Operators to join our permanent project team near Marlborough, Queensland. This long‑term civil works assignment offers job stability on a 10/4 roster, competitive hourly rate plus penalties, meals and accommodation provided, and paid travel hours.

You will hold an HR licence and RII Truck and/or Roller competency, with experience in civil construction and road works. Other machinery competencies are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Construction project environments.
• HR licence is required and valid.
• RII Truck and/or Roller competencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and other heavy machinery on site.
• Contribute to formation widening, pavement works and safety improvements.
• Adhere to safety, quality and project timelines.

About Us

About the project

Located just north of Marlborough and 100+ kilometres north of Rockhampton, the project consists of 4 Sites within a 23km section.

The scope of works includes wide centre line treatments, intersection improvements and safety barriers. The work entails formation widening and pavement works involving earthworks, drainage structures, geometry and safety improvements including roadside clearing and safety barrier installation.

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled and Truck operators to join our team on a permanent, fixed term basis. This long‑term project offers job stability along with the following perks:

About you

To join our team, you will ideally be located within a 4‑hour drive of the Marlborough area, and have the following:

• HR licence
• RII Truck and/or RII Roller competency
• Other machinery competencies desirable
• Experience working in Civil Construction project environments
• Previous road works experienceli
• Willing to attend and undergo a medical, drug and alcohol test and functional assessment
