WesTrac in NSW is seeking an Operator Trainer to develop customer and owner-operator skills across Caterpillar and allied equipment. You will deliver engaging training programs that cover performance, safe operating practices, machine technology and productivity improvement.
The role involves classroom, practical and onsite delivery, assessments and coaching for customers across mining, quarrying, construction and heavy industry, with regular travel throughout regional NSW.
Join WesTrac as an Operator Trainer based from Dubbo, Bathurst or Tamworth NSW, you'll play a key role in developing the skills and capability of our customers and owner operators across a range of Caterpillar and allied equipment. Drawing on your operational expertise, you will deliver engaging training programs that focus on equipment performance, safe operating practices, machine technology and techniques that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Working closely with customers across mining, quarrying, construction and other heavy industry sectors, you will build strong relationships while conducting training, assessments and onsite coaching. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, autonomy and regular travel throughout regional NSW, supporting operators to maximise equipment performance and return on investment. As a Caterpillar dealer you will have access to certification and training materials that isn't available to anyone else.
