Job summary

Bell Bay Aluminium is seeking an Operator to support safe, sustainable aluminium production by operating mobile and fixed plant equipment and performing manual tasks in a hot environment. You will join a tight-knit team and learn under experienced leadership to build a rewarding career.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, with a safety-first culture and strong team support. Training is provided to help you develop essential skills and qualifications for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be committed to safety of yourself and team.
• Current driver’s licence required.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and manage workload autonomously.
• Willing to perform labour-intensive work, at heights and in hot environments.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Vital role: support operational departments for safe, sustainable aluminium production.
• Team environment: work collaboratively in a strong team setting.
• Varied responsibilities: operate cranes, drive mobile equipment, process control, cast hot metal and more.
