Job summary

WorkPac is hiring for a Multi Skilled Operator in an open cut mining role near Rolleston, Australia. You will operate Haul Trucks, Water Carts, Loaders, Dozers and Graders, supporting production and performing pre-start checks.

Role requires experience on CAT 789+ machinery, a Coal Board Medical, and a current driver's licence. Permanent opportunities available after 6 months, with a 7/7 roster and Bus In Bus Out options.

What Will You Be Doing

• Operating Haul Trucks, Water Carts, Loaders, Dozers and/or Graders
• Supporting production activities within an open cut mining environment
• Conducting pre-start inspections and equipment checks
• Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Following site procedures and operational requirements
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and production crews

What You Will Need

• Previous open cut mining experience as a Multi Skilled Operator
• Demonstrated experience operating Haul Trucks (minimum CAT 789), Water Carts, Dozers, Graders and/or Loaders
• SSE-signed skills list verifying relevant machinery competencies
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
• Current Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety and safe operating practices
