Sims Limited is hiring an Operator 2 in Western Australia. Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will operate forklifts, excavators and other machinery, grade and process ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and maintain quality and safety across operations.
You will be responsible for accurate documentation, achieving targets, and supporting a zero-harm, environmentally responsible workplace while delivering reliable service to customers.

Reporting to the Yard Manager, the Operator 2 role carries out a broad range of production and operational duties requiring skills and competence beyond that of an Operator 1. This includes the safe and efficient operation of equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and other mobile and static machinery, as well as grading, inspecting, and processing ferrous and non-ferrous materials. There is a high focus on customer service and attention to detail when grading and purchasing material.
