Job summary

ADM Dawson, GA seeks a Training Coordinator to lead PE and Learning initiatives across the operation. You will coach teams, deliver education, and mentor others to independently run sessions, while aligning with central PE & Learning programs.

You will collaborate with site leadership, mentors, SMEs, and EHS to implement training, drive continuous improvement, and support ADM's strategic goals. Background check required.

• Manufacturing background required with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to apply systematic problem solving and sustainable countermeasures.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities across levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for broad audiences.
• Foundation in Performance Excellence principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach on problem solving using data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Lead training sessions and mentor team members to deliver training.
• Deliver education aligned to PE and Learning standards across the site.
• Develop relationships with mentors, SMEs, engineers and supervisors.
• Maintain training documents and ensure compliance with MOC and updates.
• Partner with PE Team to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Oversee new hire training and onboarding processes.
