CDC Data Centres Australia, headquartered in Canberra, is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to own the day-to-day operations of a world‑class data centre campus, ensuring safe, secure and efficient service delivery to customers and the business.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will lead a team of Facilities Coordinators, collaborate with site contractors and drive operational performance, customer outcomes and site excellence.

As the Associate Facilities Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of one of CDC's world-class data centre campuses, ensuring the safe, secure and efficient delivery of services to our customers and the business. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll lead a team of Facilities Coordinators and work closely with site-based contractors, driving operational performance, customer outcomes and site excellence.
This is a highly visible leadership role suited to someone who thrives on balancing people leadership, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery. You'll be responsible for maintaining momentum across a wide range of activities, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, vendors are held accountable and your team is set up for success. While your team will be hands-on in the day-to-day facilities operations, you'll focus on driving outcomes, removing roadblocks and maintaining a high-performing site.
