CDC Canberra is seeking an Associate Service Technician 24/7 to support our data centre operations, maintenance and monitoring activities, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction across facilities. You will work with customers, service technicians and contractors to monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents.
You will also contribute to safety, reporting, and continuity of services, while pursuing learning and development opportunities as part of CDC's career pathways initiative.

The Associate Service Technician 24/7 position is a vital role that significantly contributes to the continuity and efficiency of our Data Centre Operations teams. The Associate Service Technician role is designed to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and to ensure the continued customer satisfaction and data centre uptime we are known for. This role encompasses supporting customers, maintenance and monitoring activities, and is a key role in CDC's career pathways initiative with investment in learning and development opportunities, as we empower our teams for future growth.
