Avada Traffic Management is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to own Traffio data and governance from our Woolloongabba head office in Brisbane. You will manage fleet, assets, depots, and resources across Australia and New Zealand, and establish national standards for naming, classification, depot tagging and mandatory fields.

Business Systems Administrator (Traffio) - Operations | Avada Traffic Management | Brisbane (Woolloongabba)

We're hiring a national owner for our operational data.

Avada Traffic Management delivers traffic control, planning, permits, and equipment hire across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and New Zealand. Traffio is the platform our operations run on: every vehicle, every piece of equipment, every depot, and every resource.

As we grow across four regions, consistent, decision ready data is one of the most valuable things we can invest in. So, we're creating a dedicated national role to own it. The role is based at our Woolloongabba head office and reports directly to me as Executive General Manager - Strategy, Execution & Operations ANZ.

What you'll own

• Fleet, equipment, hire asset, depot and resource records across Australia and New Zealand.
• National standards for naming, classification, depot tagging and mandatory fields, with the authority to make them stick.
• Scheduled audits, SOPs, and Traffio user access and permissions.
• The national point of contact for Traffio: support, training, vendor liaison, change, and testing.
• Traffio support for our HSEQ and Plans & Permits teams.

Who we are looking for

You've administered an operational scheduling, rostering, workforce or asset system in Australia or New Zealand. You're strong in Excel and good at writing procedures people actually use. You're also comfortable holding a standard with busy operational leaders. Experience in traffic management, civil, construction, labour hire, logistics or utilities is a strong advantage. If you've done this work overseas and now live in Australia with full work rights, we can teach the platform.

What we offer
