Job summary

Wonders Of Wildhood is seeking an Operations Support Partner to work closely with the Approved Provider, streamlining communication, coordinating work and managing operations as the organisation grows.

The role requires practical leadership to bring structure to complexity, connect dots across centres and turn ideas into action, with flexibility for temporary centre leadership support when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Early Learning Centre Director or similar operational leadership role.
• Sound understanding of regulatory, compliance, safety and quality requirements.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness including occupancy, staffing and financial performance.
• Experience improving systems, processes, policies or ways of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Streamline communication between the Approved Provider, Centre Directors and support functions.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for cross-centre improvement.
• Review workflows to reduce duplication and admin burdens.
• Track actions and follow up on decisions for timely completion.
• Implement practical systems, policies and procedures to support growth.
• Assist with staffing, occupancy, compliance, and financial performance matters.
• Coordinate information across external advisers and service providers.
• Help Directors and teams navigate complex operational issues.
• Assist with onboarding of new Directors and opening of new centres.
