GenWest is seeking a Manager – Operational Support to lead the organisation-wide operational support function, ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery across offices, service sites, refuges and CAP properties.

The role aligns operational readiness with client experience, overseeing budgets, procurement, and contractor management while supporting service managers and practitioners to focus on client work.

Qualifikationen

• High degree of administrative capability including safety and regulatory reporting.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple sites or services.
• High degree of data literacy, software proficiency and process automation skills.
• Sound problem-solving ability for smooth daily operations and team support.
• Management level experience in operational services, property/workplace management or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning of site establishment and maintenance, including relocations, to ensure continuous client service delivery.
• Respond to urgent accommodation needs with safety, dignity and accessibility at the core.
• Maintain day-to-day operational readiness of offices, service sites, refuges and CAP properties.
• Oversee budget control across operations, including fund allocation and variance analysis.
• Establish contractor management, induction, compliance and performance monitoring.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers and service providers with coordinating officers.
• Oversee purchasing and supplier arrangements in line with procurement requirements.
• Oversee sourcing and delivery of furniture and essential items for client accommodation.
• Incorporate operational considerations into service development and organisational change.
