Job summary

Toll Group in Port Kembla NSW is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to oversee a safe and compliant transport network across drivers, subcontractors, and fleet assets. The role focuses on HVNL, CoR, NHVAS requirements, fatigue management, and documentation to support a robust safety culture.

You will investigate breaches, maintain TRAC records, coordinate training, and drive continual improvement with operations teams. Prior transport compliance experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety/compliance within transport or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of HVNL, CoR and NHVAS is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HVNL and CoR compliance across transport operations.
• Oversee NHVAS fatigue, mass management, and maintenance programs.
• Investigate breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct driver and subcontractor compliance monitoring.
• Maintain training matrices and audit readiness.
